I can't say enough about the respect and customer care accorded to me by the professionals at Axiom Mortgage Bankers, namely Mr. Ryan Eldred. From day one Ryan thoroughly explained what products Axiom Mortgage had to offer that could best work in achieving my financial goal. The goal was to consolidate mortgage and line of credit to create a greater cash flow and acquire funding for a residential solar system. We had the extra task of dealing with an unjustified credit report derogatory. It was completely resolved, requiring a great deal of persistence and thus allowed my goal to be reached. Given the timeliness of Ryan's communication, there was never a time during the entire refinance process that I ever felt uninformed or confused. My concerns were always addressed and taken care of. It was all upfront, with no surprises at the end which speaks to the level of integrity of your company.

I have been in the process of refinancing our home with the help of Brandon Glessner. Brandon had been a model of professionalism and efficiency. He has always taken the time to go into detailed explanations of all the many complex parts of the process and has always acted in good faith and provided sound numbers throughout the process.
Doing a refinance via the internet with a company 3000 miles away would have been a lot more challenging without Brandon's excellent service and work ethic. Brandon worked hard to keep the ball rolling and to get the process to its completion in a timely manner. My husband and I had been in the market to refinance our home loan since May of 2009. We found the process to be a frustrating one. Gathering the documents, gathering quotes from a variety of lenders, learning the refinance language, and sorting out whom to go with were such great obstacles that we abandoned the project in entirety. I am normally never happy to spend excessive amounts of money and viewed the process of securing a mortgage in the same way. In the past, the process was needlessly made complicated and I felt like I was the recipient of a hard sell that made me skeptical and distrustful of the broker’s agent.
Having solid financials and good credit in this market opened the doors to a broad range of competition for a mortgage loan on my new home. Thankfully, after some long searches and discussions I was fortunate to get linked in with your company, Axiom, and even more so with your Senior Mortgage Banker, Brittany Stevens.
I think it’s important to note that I have to manage many direct reports and influence many others in my company to accomplish a variety of both strategic and tactical objectives. Strong leadership skills and customer service is extremely important to being effective in my line of work, so I feel confident that I can spot professional talent. Accordingly and all too simply, Brittany really did an exemplary job over a sustained period of time finally concluding with the purchase of home on July 9 2009.
To be more specific, in terms of the compliments offered, as well as, to provide specific examples of her performance that you can reference for other potential employees to emulate, I offer the following:
1. Personable. Brittany is especially personable and is not rattled by delays in the process or challenges in working with others who are less diligent or efficient. She maintains a calm attitude while still remain diligent in her effort to get done what is required.
2. Knowledgeable. Brittany has a strong knowledge base in the mortgage process, as well as, in the manner in which rates are set and change in the MBS market. She offered this education to mean through our many conversations. This was especially important given the timing of the rates when they spiked in late May and June. Thankfully, we were able to work together and find the small window of a, on-day, dip to lick the loan rate.
3. Perseverance. She exemplifies perseverance and searches for alternative means by which to secure the information required and continue to move the process forward, despite many challenges faced in dealing with the escrow company for the band owned property.
4. Caring and Compassion. I could feel that she truly cared about me and my family and empathized with our challenges, and I believe continued to go above and beyond to help us and provide us with reassuring counsel. Now that the proc3esss is over, we actually miss speaking with her.
5. Availability. While I’m sure she did not need to do it, she provided me with access numbers and alternate emails – and better yet she actually checks them and responds timely always striving to provide information of value at every interaction. She made herself available in the evening to talk about the next day’s strategy and I knew that she was out there monitoring the market and advocating for us to close this deal.
6. Customer delight. This is a term I coined for my teams to strive for and it means we have exceeded customer expectations. Normally people use the term customer satisfaction, but that just means meeting their expectations. Alternatively, customer delight defines this exceeding aspect of expectations, as well as, setting a new standard of expectation for future interactions, by which others will pale by comparison. Either intuitively and/or through her professional education, and standards, Brittany knows and lives this critical leadership element of success and exemplifies this as well.
As you can tell, I am very much impressed and appreciative of Brittany for all she did during this very stressful four (4) month process. I feel she is a key asset to Axiom and will do exceptional wherever her career may take her. I readily recommend Axiom, because of Brittany, to my family, friends and others who are looking for a solid mortgage broker who knows what they are doing and not just selling a mass quantity of loans

I just wanted to write a little note about one of your mortgage bankers, Carrie Blue. I have dealt with many real estate professionals in the past few years and most of them were the same. They wanted to get the best deal for them with the least amount of effort. They were typically hard to get in touch with and not very forthcoming with where we were in the process. I felt the opposite with Carrie. She was willing to spend a lot of time with me to discover what was best for me yet she was willing to tell me the truth when it was, perhaps, not what I wanted to hear. She and I first started on my loan in mid-April, but a poor appraisal caused a delay in order to wait for pending sales to close. When I felt that the time was right, I contacted her and we had the loan closed within one month, even though we hit some more snags. I eventually ended up with the loan I wanted, with maybe the exception of some additional fees, after she and I worked together to come up with the best solution.
She always made me feel important and I was reasonably confident that my loan was continuing forward as much as possible. I was very impressed that she managed to get everything completed quickly enough so that we were done by the time of her vacation. She always returned my calls or e-mails promptly and she always had a good answer for my questions. And this is not to be taken lightly; I tend to trust no one and I hate having to depend on others to get work done, so there were probably more than 100 e-mails or phone calls back and forth to each other over the course of this process and she never seemed to be annoyed by me persistence.
Carrie should be commended for her customer service and congratulated on being able to deal with so many changing circumstances.
